‘Getting to Know Chesterton Academy’ virtual event set for December 3

“Getting to Know Chesterton Academy,” a virtual event featuring guest speaker Amy Hunt, will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 6-7:30 p.m.

Amy, a retired Naval officer with more than 24 years of service, is the Vice President of Formation for Chesterton Network Schools. She will share her expertise on:

  • What Makes Chesterton Academy Special
  • Our 3 Pillars Model: Offering Intellectual, Character and Spiritual Formation
  • How Our Integrated, Catholic, Classical Curriculum Forms Virtuous Life-Long Learners
  • … Followed by a Question & Answer Session

Chesterton Academy of St. John Paul II Classical School is scheduled to open in fall 2021 as part of the Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) school system. It will offer a classical liberal arts education with a deep regard for the development of Catholic virtues in our students. The academy will debut with the addition of Grade 9 and add one grade each year thereafter. Chesterton Academy will be located at 320 Victoria St., Green Bay, in the St. Philip the Apostle building, which also houses St. John Paul II Classical School.

GRACE Announces Chesterton Academy to Open at SJPII

The GRACE School system announced the opening of a Chesterton High School on the campus of St. John Paul II Classical School. Classes are scheduled to begin in the fall of 2021. Mr. Patrick McKeown will be serving as the headmaster. Please read the full press release HERE.

The Chesterton Network of schools is a rapidly growing organization that oversees classical high schools throughout the country.
